Jasper, the black dynamo!
We had always promised the two boys that they could have a puppy one day when we thought it was the right time, but sometimes things don’t always go to plan.A friend had found a pup sitting on the side of a busy road looking scared, lost and lonely. They took him home, placed numerous ads in the lost and found section of the paper, posting flyers and phoning all the local vets and dog rescue shelters. The owner never did come looking for the little lost dog.Unable to keep this pup any longer my friend had no choice but to contact the local animal rescue shelter only to be informed that if a new home was not found for the pup, he sadly would have to be put to sleep. As a last resort our friend introduced us to this cute black dynamo and it was just one of those things. As soon as we all saw him, there was this instant connection. They do say that dogs pick their owners, and “Jasper” as we named him, surely adopted us. Now we can't imagine life without Jasper. The children adore him just as much as he adores them and all I can say is that it must have been the right time!
